Absolutely Tx.
The onset of the pandemic and the curtailment of the season certainly worked in our favour by the slenderest of margins.

Totally agree Tx and Embow. As disappointing our season turned out to be it could have been so much worse if we hadn’t had that fortunate break and got out of the seaside league. I will take mid table mediocrity in the Championship over that any time |

There's no way we'll ever know the outcome, but I thought we deserved to win the league in 19/20.
We were the best team, albeit not by much.
Falkirk were bleating about the fact we still had to go there, but home advantage hadn't been a factor in any of the three league meetings that season, only when we knocked them out of the challenge cup.
I wonder how much they regret setting up for a draw in that midweek match just before the lockdown? _________________ Dougie Hill

Nailed it SG!
Methinks, the whole crux of that season. _________________ Talk on! Talk on!

After 15 years in the SPFL, some of those knocking on the door, Annan finally gain promotion to League 1 at the expense of Clyde. _________________ Hope he's got plenty Rovers action to comment on tonight.... |

Not sure who I want less - Hamilton, who now know they can beat us, or in-form Airdrie! |

The Spartans join the new wave of teams promoted to the top flight.
Albion Rovers join Cowdenbeath, Berwick and East Stirlingshire in the Lowland League next season. _________________ Hope he's got plenty Rovers action to comment on tonight.... |

I've tuned in for the 2nd half - quite a decent watch. I didn't think I gave two hoots about who wins through, but actually find myself quietly favouring Accies.
The impact on Rovers next season is neither here nor there, as we have a very good record against both.... |

As has been commented upon already, 8m not sure that another so-called community club from Edinburgh is 2hat we need in the SPFL. In 5ime to come, can you imagine the fever pitch reached should Spartans have a cup (or league) clash with Edinburgh City? No, neither can I......
Albion Rovers v Clyde derbies next season wouldnt exactly have set pulses racing either, but at least blood and snotters would have been in full flow 👍😬 |

Couldn’t happen to a nicer bunch. Remember them giving it the big one after the final. GIRUY.
Well done Ardrie.

Airdire it is - close though!
Glad that at least one of the two league winners get promotion to League 2. Not that I have anything against Albion, but that is how it works in almost every other league.
Not sure how it works with this new Colt Conference yet! |

Looking like it's Dundee United relegated tonight.
Big results for Killie and County.
Not quite certain yet as St J equalise late into a long period of added on time. _________________ Talk on! Talk on!
