Remember the days away back when you'd get the teams listed in the Sunday Post or Sunday Mail and the QP team always contained the players' initials, e.g. W Omand or P. Buchanan. The famous 'Sweetie Bob' R.S.McColl and of course the 'Wee Blue Devil' A.Morton would have been listed similarly in their time.
I'm just surprised the Spiders have survived for so long being amateur albeit long time bankrolled by the SFA use of Hampden for over a hundred years.

Despite McKinnon having spent big on players in the close season they haven't hit the ground running, drawing 0-0 with Stirling Albion.

They're probably going to find that everyone else in that league will raise their game against them as they'll be regarded as the big fish in the pond, for this season at least. It might be different next season when Jacqui Low's team joins that league.

Just appointed Leeann Dempster as their CEO!

With her network of contacts in the game, hopefully this spells the end for the snake.

Has been on the cards for a week or two according to some press speculation.
Spotted spectating at the televised cup tie battle of the Queens the other week.

Well if they want a return on their investment he will need to be hoofed, unfortunately he will probably walk away with a very nice package.
I don't think there will be a shortage of managers eyeing up the job, I should think it would be a great job for an up and coming young manager.
