Obviously haven't seen it, but you have to question the mentality of the Cowdenbeath player who picked up two bookings in the first 22 minutes in a game of this magnitude.
It's the same referee as we had for the Challenge Cup Final and you could hardly describe him as card happy that day. _________________ Dougie Hill

36' Cowdenbeath hoofing long balls into the Bonnyrigg box getting hoovered up by their big defenders. _________________ Hope he's got plenty Rovers action to comment on tonight.... |

HT Cowdenbeath 0-0 Bonnyrigg (agg 0-3)
The home side walking a tightrope with both CB's on a yellow card, Bonnyrigg not a great threat but they don't need to be. _________________ Hope he's got plenty Rovers action to comment on tonight.... |

65' Cowdenbeath 0-1 Bonnyrigg (0-4)
Bonnyrigg go ahead on the day with a penalty.
Looking like this is the season that 3 Fife teams are relegated. _________________ Hope he's got plenty Rovers action to comment on tonight.... |

FT Cowdenbeath 0-1 Bonnyrigg (agg 0-4)
With the exception of Bobby Barr hitting post and bar Cowdenbeath never laid a glove on Bonnyrigg.
The Lowland League for Cowdenbeath next season.
On a bright note, Quinn Coulson had a good game, coming on in the second half. _________________ Hope he's got plenty Rovers action to comment on tonight.... |

At least, despite our horrible second half of the season (in all aspects) we are the best placed.
For that alone, John and Smudger are due a big vote of thanks. It could have been a lot worse.e.g. Pars.
I just really hope we don't pass Falkirk going in opposite directions next season.

" a big vote of thanks" for 3 wins in 20 games, playing a one dimensional style of play that managers figured out long ago and failing to read the room and persuade the board to spend a fortune on a 33 year old on a 2 year deal who will never play for the club. The board have received all sorts of abuse from fans regarding this sorry episode, but their only fault was backing the manager. Imo we were heading for a relegation battle with those two at the helm anyway. Good riddance. |

Each to their own.
Time will tell.
If I'm proven wrong this time next year I'll be the first to put my hands up and acknowledge the superior expertise of others.
Enjoy your close season and let's hope.

Would love to see him get a real chance in League Two next year, he’s got a bit of potential. |
