Absolutely. We have given them a more than decent run for their money over the season and made it interesting for Scottish football instead of being a procession as everyone was predicting at the start of the season.
Just need to still keep it close by beating Partick and securing second place. _________________ Talk on! Talk on!

Good grief, why can Morton not defend like that when we play them? Not one of United's goals were created through good play, just rank defending.
That's United won the league now though and all that's left for us to do now is try and cement second place. That won't be easy as we are all over the place at the moment. |

To be fair, Morton did defend like that the first two games we played them.
We never got far enough forward to ask questions of their defence in the third game.
They're a rotten shower. _________________ Dougie Hill

Baird lucky to stay on the park after a deliberate stamp on Moult. But, on the plus side, the TV coverage will make sure his card is marked by every referee in their last three games.... |

If we can get past either Airdrie or Partick (or a way out possibility of the Pars) then it could yet be a trip to Perth rather than Dingwall after that result today. Interesting to learn that County have not lost at home since Don Cowie took over as interim. _________________ Talk on! Talk on!

Agent Levein would see us alright!
Seriously though, McDiarmid would be my preferred choice for several reasons |

Trying to figure out when play-off might be judged by previous seasons, I’m thinking something along the lines of….
Tue May7th Airdrie v Partick
Fri May10th Partick v Airdrie (obviously home/away yet to be decided)
Tue May14th^Winner^ v Raith Rovers
Fri May17th Raith Rovers v ^Winner^
Thu May23rd ^Winner^ v 2nd Bottom
Sun May26th 2nd Bottom v ^Winner^
*These are my personal projections so extremely subject to change! |

That's my guess as well, mainly based on last season.
However, our final against Aberdeen is likely to be changed if they get past Celtic on Saturday as the Scottish Cup Final is on the 25th _________________ Dougie Hill

Aberdeen weren’t too far away at one point but think they will be fine. I’m hoping St Johnstone but won’t matter a jot if we don’t make it that far!
If our away leg v Thistle/Airdrie IS on a midweek night then I wonder if the club will run some busses, I’m not scavenging for free ones or anything, would just make getting home in evening so much easier and would add plenty numbers on to support… |

It's an absolutely shameful that the dates for the quarter and semi finals haven't been finalised by now.
Fans need time to plan work shifts and travel.
Doncaster and his cohorts at the SPFL are a disgrace. _________________ Dougie Hill

Partick doing what we couldnae do against Airdrie! I hope they do do it again in the play-offs and we would still have a better chance against them than against Airdrie! |

I was stupidly holding out hope for Ayr to get a result until the 83 minute, even with ten men.🥺
