Hopefully a continuing streak of form for us V QP.

We seem to have a good squad this season with several players now coming into contention for a start.

The first of three home games in a row. Let’s hope it is three home wins

Another stiff test.
Gonna be a lot of those this season.

We have a really good squad of players all of which deserve their opportunity.
IM is gonna have to keep shuffling the pack a little.

Man management is always important but even more so when there appears to be many players doing so well.

IM has to get the best out of this squad which I and many others ( I guess) believe is gonna be crucial to the clubs success .

Been a while since we have had so many deserving starters.
Long may it stay that way.
Certainly don’t want to be losing any in the transfer window around Xmas.

This Game is going to be a reasonable marker for where we are. Our opposition have also had a reasonable start to the season, and this is from a team who have had to deal with more than a few of their own recent changes.

These are the type of Games we need to take something from if we are to achieve our desired top four status. Now, whilst this meeting is no where near a Must Win Game for us, it will certainly be an indication of how far we have travelled, or indeed have yet to travel, to remain in striking distance of the top.

The squad is slowly coming back to full strength and the return of a "fully fit" Aiden Connolly within the next few weeks is certainly something that a lot of us here will be looking forward to.

I will not jinx anything with a scoreline prediction.

Queens are a hard one to decipher thus far. Have put their faith in youth, most signings from young age groups both up here and down South. It’s a brave approach and way too early to judge if successful or not.

I’m fairly confident we will have too much for them tomorrow

I was worried last week as I was feeling confident ahead of the trip to EEP (I don't like going into games with confidence, it usually goes awry) but I just felt we would have slightly more quality to edge it. I am of a similar mind going into this one.

I see Queens in the same boat as many of the teams who come up, they have a great 1st season then (unless they get btb promotions) are a known quantity and as such struggle the next time out. Like Specky I think they will have a much tougher time of it this season, top 4? nope!

Same starting lineup as last week. Happy enough with that. Mcgill deserves his place. Hopefully Ross gets a wee run out today at somepoint.

Strong bench with Dick, Gullan, Vaughan, Easton and Ross on it.

And away we go😃
Early lead needs to be protected and built on.
Looks as if we are playing "the wrong way round' today.🫣

Playing well, in the main, with the only concern being the number of missed chances.
Queen's Park very tidy in possession, even with ten men, but look fragile at the back.
Their young goalkeeper looks a real talent.
Concentration and composure are the buzzwords for the second half. The chances will come.

And the keeper blunders for the equaliser.🫣
That'll please a lot of folk who aren't convinced that he's the man for the job 😢
Now it's an uphill task as we're not too good at taking chances. Seems as if we've gone off the rails since HT and the changes made then.
