I think its a cracking strip and if £2 from each shirt goes to a great cause then even better. How many clubs in scotland actually do something like this not many i dont think so all those slating the club need to give them a break.MAGGIES CENTRE is for men aswell as women who are dealing with cancer.

SOW no one is slating the club and no one who thinks the strip is naff would belittle any association with Maggies. As has been said it doesn't take a pink strip to make that association. Once all the photo shoots and publicity stunts are past we are left with a howler of a gimmick strip (IMO) that has absolutely no links with Raith Rovers tradition.

I bet ACA Sports are making alot more than £2 per strip.

I give up !!

I'm not entirely sure what you are taking offence to to be honest. The boy has acknowledged the link between the strip and Maggies, and also acknowledged the link between the two, but has simply stated that he doesn't like the strip and that it could have been done in another way.

I don't understand what there is to be getting yourself to upset about..

Its more so the comment at the bottom about aca making a lot more than £2 a shirt which i was giving up about. They wont make anything if the strips dont sell also if they do sell they have to try to make the money back for sponsoring the strips.Thats my tuppence worth and everyone has their own take on things so its no problem.

The away shirt looks decent on Davidson and will probably look alright on most of the players. However, it is not for me(i'm far too macho to pull off pink Wink ). I think i'll get the home top and put a few quid in the charity box at ACA Sports.

I actually didn't realise until I seen it on the ACA website that the away strip is pink all over. The picture on the website shows it to be more white than pink - it's probably because of the sunlight that I didn't pick this up.

Still prefer the home shirt though.... it's very retro Rovers - almost reminds me of one of the old Fifab shirts from the early 2000's! Wink
