Hestaken that from the SPFL site and calling it attendance is a bit misleading as most if not all are inflated.Be more accurate if it was based on how many actually click through the turnstiles on match day
Our average attendance last season was just over 1900 _________________ THERES FIVE OF ME |

The attendance was given as 3000 on Friday, I looked about myself and thought "if that's the case Where are they all hiding?" Season ticket holders must be getting counted whether in attendance or not.
I logged on to buy a ticket on the way home after the Morton game and couldn't get a seat anywhere near my son, turned out that by KO time there were literally dozens to pick from in a relatively small circumference. The new regime are very adept at positive spin doctoring with some things. _________________ Competitive goals: Vaughan 19, Easton 11, Hamilton 10, Smith 9, Stanton 7, Mullin 4, Connolly 3, O'Reilly 3, Rudden 3, S Brown 2, Dick 1, Gullan 1, Masson 1, Matthews 1, Millen 1, Mitchell 1, Murray, Watson 1, OG's 1, |

Thought the crowd was announced at 3300.As I said almost every club are counting tickets sold including seasons and not how many are clicking through the turnstiles so our board are no different to others
Your last sentence along with a few comments in the past could suggest you have some beef with our new owners _________________ THERES FIVE OF ME |

You are perhaps looking for something that isn't there or perhaps is but in reality not much more or less of a beef than with any other owners/board members we've had in the 46 seasons I've been watching.
I'm only highlighting that the new guys have been quick to show that they're making huge strides, and in fairness in many ways they definitely are, but at the same time some of the facts are being somewhat spun, the positive figures of things like the bar sales now being generated, a fortune with inference that there was no income before, there always was but it was calculated in different ways (eg £10-15k+ from 200 club donations and bar sales from hospitality etc, also the fantastic amount of new money coming in from Club 1883 but no mention of the fans fund income that preceded it. record numbers of season ticket shifted are great but just how many freebies for kids are included in that number (not that in any way am I against free kids tickets, I've wanted that for a long time).
Spin or no spin the main thing has to be that the club is clearly moving in the right direction, as a shareholder hopefully when the accounts are published we'll see conclusively just that. _________________ Competitive goals: Vaughan 19, Easton 11, Hamilton 10, Smith 9, Stanton 7, Mullin 4, Connolly 3, O'Reilly 3, Rudden 3, S Brown 2, Dick 1, Gullan 1, Masson 1, Matthews 1, Millen 1, Mitchell 1, Murray, Watson 1, OG's 1, |

vinnie, I tend to agree more with scotty on this one. I've never been part of the happy clappy band, perhaps age brings cynicism but, being an engineer, I deal in facts and provable data so, if the data at the end of the season equals the boards claims then it will indeed be happy days.
Over the past few decades we have had all sorts of promises and claims made to us as fans, none have really delivered and, what happens if the consortium are successful with us, do they, in a couple of year cash in and make a move on Livi or St Johnstone as they did with us from Kelty?
I'm not of the TikTok or Instagram generation so what I need to see is sustainable growth of the club and its infrastructure coupled with an improved product on the pitch.
Arguably we have had the later this season so the questions remain about club growth and the sustainability, those questions await an answer. _________________ http://www.helpforheroes.org.uk/ |

A shareholder also and the proof of the pudding will be in the accounts, hopefully on the positive side.I missed the AGM so guessing no accounts were due or presented then? _________________ THERES FIVE OF ME
