Our defensive side has improved since the change of tactics to involve the whole of the team. That does mean that we create fewer chances, inevitably, but we need to be sure that we are hard to beat in the first Playoff Semi and then " sweep" to victory at SP ( by one goal 😂) and Friday will be part of that plan. So, a draw or break away win by one goal tomorrow! |
Bang on the money Franco! Sometimes it's great to be wrong! |

I echo that.
2nd half was by far a better performance.
Didn’t recall any/ many comments about the wind. We played into it first half and balls in the air kept getting held up.
We used the wind in the 2nd half better.
Would love to see work done about our throw ins.
Too many throws up the line and consequently losing possession quickly.
Keeping hold of the ball is a huge part of the game.
Still think we have to strengthen our defense for next season. Our goals against is pretty poor despite having a keeper who has made many miraculous saves.
Certainly room for improvement, if indeed improvement happens, then I think next season will be even better than this. ( I’m assuming we are staying in the championship). _________________ Born a Rover Live a Rover Die a Rover |

Yes, we were second to Inverness 8n many areas. First half we were poor everywhere bar goalkeeper and central defence. Second half much better, thanks to manager's changes and an obvious half-time wake up call. But still some glaring weaknesses.
Both Browns were poor and correctly hooked. James not good enough and Scott running on empty. Most others not quite on the boil, but I'm hoping momentum will build in next 2 weeks. Exceptions to above comment are Dabrowski and Murray, both superb, and peaking at a good time.
Onwards now to Greenock. We can still do this |
