With Murray, I was thinking it was someone higher up.
Murray said in his Thursday interview he had a full squad to choice from and the fact that Millen was not in the squad suggests somethings up. If it is the case can we loan him out, being around the club will have a negative impact. |

A fellow supporter who knows a club official. It happened after the recent Airdrie match. Allegedly, not only did he have a barney with the manager, Mickey and the players were criticised by our very average and easily replaceable right back.
The reason he probably turned up on Friday was, he's been advised by his " Mr 10%" to turn up as normal to avoid being suspended or fined by the club.
To be honest, i won't lose any sleep over him. James Brown looks a proper no nonsense defender and will only get better once match fit. |

I don't think that's an option - I believe that the rule is players can only go out on loan after the January window, and until the end of February, if they are signed to a Premier League club and are going to a lower division |

Cheers. Surprised to hear that a club official has commented on this before anything official has been released to the public and the media. Not the normal way to conduct an internal matter like this but if that's what's happened then so be it. We'll all just have to wait and see what the official line is, as and when a club statement is made. _________________ Talk on! Talk on!

I don't think the club have to put anything out as it's an internal matter. I'm also disappointed that a 'club official' is disclosing details about what has or has not happened. |

What I find hard to believe is that the new board, with their experience and professionalism, would think that something that is potentially damaging to the club and its reputation, would allow this matter to be played out on a public forum without them putting out some form of statement to either counter the “ allegations “ or simply explain what is going on.
Chinese whispers are never a good thing as there will always be some who will believe 1side or tother.
Gossip rarely does anybody any good.
As yanks would say.......you gotta get out it front of it. ( the story).
The truth can usually be found somewhere in the middle. _________________ Born a Rover Live a Rover Die a Rover |

I had seen him play for other teams, including the Dark Side, but thought he was at his best with us. His last ditch tackle in the box at Tannadice in December was fantastic! I'd be very surprised if Goodwin signed him-most unfortunately, given what they've done for us, there's a few in our squad whose future might have to be looked at closely. |

Just clicked the link.
Seems there is indeed a possibility of a move.
Imo, the club should confirm or refute the article.
Save a lot of speculation that way. _________________ Born a Rover Live a Rover Die a Rover |
