I thought yesterday we missed a great opportunity to make the next round. That said, I think we should be happy with our performance and everyone showed up.
Special mention to Scott Brown who I thought was a different level. Long may he continue in that form in a Rovers shirt.
I too hope the club appeal the red card if that avenue is open to them. For me a yellow at worse due to a high foot, but it was certainly an genuine effort to get the ball.
One negative for me is big Kev in goals. His shot stopping is good but his distribution from kicks, certainly needs work. I also can't sit at easy when a ball comes into the box when maybe it looks like he should be catching it when in fact he attempts a punch. |

I constantly hear this from people, and I wonder what match they were watching. 10 seconds after Big Kev punts the ball into the Hibs half it’s in the back of their net. You can talk about this mistake or that pass or whatever, but Big Kev put it up there, gave Hibs the chance to make a mistake, and Smith and Co. proceeded to bury the ball in their net.
Does he cause some concern now and then, absolutely, but he had 66 starts in 8 seasons before having 7 starts now for us this season. He will much more rapidly learn under fire, and he will be better because of it. |

Well quite simply "they" were watching a match, in the flesh at Easter Road and could see performances warts and all over 90 minutes.
There really is no substitute for actually being at games and while many points you make from your Texan armchair are valid, at times you should respect the opinions of people who were actually there and can see things in a perspective that you never could. |

Opinions yes just like assholes everybody has one, but in the grand scheme of things they dont count where our goalkeeper is concerned, that's down to the goalkeeper coach and manager, let them sort it out if they see a problem, theres always one raith player gets it every season and it just has to be Dabrowski this time around, give the guy a break |

Apart from a couples of poor kicks Dabrowski coped fairly well and was generally fine on Sunday _________________ THERES FIVE OF ME |

It's early days for Kevin , both in terms of his career and with The Rovers. The recruitment for this season has been very good, indeed exciting, so I'm willing to trust the management team on this and give Kevin a fair chance. As far as kicking is concerned, he had a bad day against Morton but improved yesterday .Some modern top level keepers choose to punch rather than attempt risky catches and, from yesterday ,that seems like the route that Robbie Thomson and I M are encouraging Kevin to take. It's not as if we are used to a keeper well known for claiming everything into his box, over recent years. |

There are pros and cons to attendance. I would certainly attend, if I could, but I would also admit that attendance is not some magical thing that imbues me with superpowers to analyze a match. You have a wider viewpoint and more distractions. You have no replay. You are often watching from one end, resulting in better viewing and worse viewing combined.
I freely admit this, but I will not concede that there is no substitute for watching in person in the context of analysis. Sorely, for instance, you would look at the highlights (if available) before commenting…why, because it will make things clearer. |
