Aye OK Tex I get it.
Are you really in Texas Man, or are you an actual Rovers physio masquerading as a Texan?
My original post on Jamie MacDonald was gleamed from the IM interview. However, please accept my sincere apologies for getting that wrong. I am clearly a Numpty!
Hopefully, my sincere apology to you will now negate the need to quote my incorrect analysis of Jamie MacDonald's fitness every time you post an update?
For the interest of clarity Tex, you were right and I was wrong. (If only I had stuck in more at School!)
Hopefully you now feel your analysis on Jamie's fitness, or lack off, has been completely vindicated.
I'm now off to find a hole to crawl back into.

Not gloating, just noticed a few weeks ago that IM has a particular way of talking about players with niggles and questions. On that front, someone else noticed Ngwenya was absent last week, and I had just blithely assumed they weren’t playing him in a Cup match…but then remembered, wasn’t he in the last one…and he was…so will Ngwenya be a surprise absence?
My analysis has the same value as every other punter on here, right one in twenty times, and crowed about then. Leave some room in the hole for me, I’m sure I screw something else up quickly enough. |

Hopefully the chairman's "moving some players out" comment is more to do with getting the likes of Frederikson and Connell off the payroll and possibly Ngwenya back to Aberdeen or Nolan out on loan. If on the other hand it's because we are skint and have to sell then that press release makes no sense at all, we've potentially just alerted every club out there that we won't be hard to deal with, did nobody tell him about the time Livvi pulled our pants down for Marv, Toasty and Tosh? Hamilton could buy Stanton and A N Other and it could prove fatal to our survival.
Judging by IM's post Morton comments he intends to deal in all three loanees until May, O'Riordan is a no brainer but imo we need better than the other two. Connell is a physical lump and a grafter but he doesn't seem to know where the net is and we aren't scoring goals from the rest of the team with his presence in the line-up.
Ngwenya imo (again) doesn't offer much more if anything than young does, I'd far rather be watching Young (who must be on a lesser wage) making mistakes than a loanee.
We desperately need goalkeeping cover.
At the start of the season I was reasonably optimistic about a play off spot, I'd bite your hand off for us finishing the league as it stands.
Equally worrying is the complete radio silence over the absent Mr Vaughan, last time he got injured the club said nothing until he'd seen a specialist by which time word on the street had overtaken them. I pray to the footballing gods it's not history repeating it's self. Life can be cruel but that would be too much. _________________ Competitive goals: Vaughan 18, Easton 11, Hamilton 10, Smith 9, Stanton 7, Mullin 4, Connolly 3, O'Reilly 3, Rudden 3, S Brown 1, Dick 1, Gullan 1, Masson 1, Millen 1, Mitchell 1, Murray, Watson 1, OG's 1, |

Scotty , LV was at the match last night and expects to be fit to face Hamilton.
O' Riordan is one we want to keep for the remainder of the season.I agree with you on the other two, but is there anyone out there who is better than Connell ? Heaven help us if we land another Big John.
Yes, being back Young but what we really need is a left winger !
McBride seems out of the plans but could be loaned to a lower league club.
Mahady hasn't managed to progress and best for all parties if his links with Raith are endedw
We all worry about Lewis but he must have the patience of a saint , reassuring folk! |

Connell added to the attack last night when he came on, I disagree we should let him go as we have nothing in his place.
Young back would be good IF Ngwenya departs.
McBride is supposed to be a left winger…no sign of him. Coulson, who IM seemed to rate earlier is a left wing…no sign of him, ditto Mahady.
Mitchell scored at Bonnyrigg yesterday and is playing as either forward or wing depending on needs and scheme…
Lewis is, unfortunately, a side show this season…and, maybe, beyond. |

Like to see Mahady get a chance now - from what I have seen a different and speedy type of central defender. _________________ Here Wee go again |
