A great servant to the club and will receive a warm welcome when he returns but is now past his best and by some distance I suggest. His distribution was never the best but last season it was shocking.
I wish him well though. _________________ Fantalk~Often wrong but never in doubt |

Another player complicit in our recent failures out the door. Can't be a bad thing. _________________ If I were a fighter I'd probably kick your ass. |

Great servant but absolutely the right move for both parties. |

Best of luck for the future jason. You have been a great servant to the club over the last 6-7 years.
You will best remembered for captain of the winning ramsdens cup team.
I'm sure you will get a warm reception on your next visit to kirkcaldy.
The suggestion being that he may go part time at Arbroath. I can however see it being Brechin. I was speaking with Darren dods at a event last week and he said he had been speaking with Spence. He never mentioned Thomson but both were car buddies at rovers so watch this space. |

Slightly off topic but we really are going to regret letting go of Spence. _________________ Fantalk~Often wrong but never in doubt |

Very likeable guy and player.
I put him in the ‘Grant Anderson’ mould, 100% committed and never hid whenever pulling on the jersey even if having an off day or team being humped.
All the best JT, his Twitter goalscoring update was my fav thing of last season! |

Seeing Jason galloping up the wing and sending in great crosses was one of my good memories of Jason. Although in the last season or so it wasnt so prolific.
Best of luck Jason. |

So long Jason and thanks for all the memories.
JT did have a good season last year but time is ripe for a change. I'd opt for promoting Watson to the RB slot and bring in a brand new left back. Surely if Bene signs then another one more along with Murray, Davo, McKay and Watson (plus there's Valentine and McDonald) we have enough cover and even options for a different defensive formation if Barry somehow grows a pair over the closed season. _________________ Competitive goals: Vaughan 16, Easton 11, Hamilton 9, Smith 7, Stanton 7, Mullin 4, Connolly 3, O'Reilly 3, Rudden 3, S Brown 1, Dick 1, Gullan 1, Masson 1, Millen 1, Mitchell 1, Murray, Watson 1, OG's 1, |

Great servant and a very good right back for us, especially in his prime with those mazy runs down the right flank. Lets get Watson playing right back...we have cover in Bene or Davo if really needed and put the wage towards a central midfielder or winger |

Good servant to the club and wish him all the best for the future.
However, last year's goal scoring tally masqueraded a very poor season.
The energy and pace has receded over the last couple of seasons and the first touch isn't likely to improve at this stage of his career. _________________ Dougie Hill

Agree with most of the comments on here. Top bloke and one of my favourites.
A good season in goal scoring terms this year but I think that he never recovered fully from his back break.
Good luck to him wherever he goes. |

I've no problem with Thomson but he's long past his best and I'm more than happy to see the back of him. _________________ If I were a fighter I'd probably kick your ass. |
