Another poll to establish overall opinion of supporters.
I'm hoping maybe we could send the results to the Board!
I've set this poll up to run for 30 days. |

Certainly not.
This season the tickets were sold on what I believe were false promises. Ok, maybe we shouldn't have been so naive and gullible.
I certainly won't get fooled again. (And yes, I am going to see The Who on Sunday ) |

Nick Clegg couldn't have done a better job of selling season tickets. |

So far, four would, fifteen wouldn't. I'm surprised, thought it would be more like two yes, seventeen no at this point |

I can't remember what the promises were regarding buying a season ticket. _________________ Fantalk~Often wrong but never in doubt |

I will be renewing my season ticket. Yes the performances have not been great of late but we are still in a relatively healthy league position with lower levels of debt.
Goodness knows what the moaners are expecting from our club but it seems putting the boot in is becoming a disease on this site.
Being a football fan means supporting the club through thick and thin and tbh the club is actually doing ok!
If you want guaranteed performances and success, go and buy a Real Madrid season ticket and leave our wee club to the real fans. _________________ Championship Winners 2023-24 |

The question doesn't ask if you will buy one out of habit, loyalty or commitment. I'm sure a large percentage of die hards still will though like myself, plenty more will have had enough if things don't change
Based on performance? No, certainly not and if it doesn't improve then will be the main reason I don't purchase one.
The false 'promises' someone referred to is probably the strength in depth part, when all fit we are maybe slightly better off in numbers than last term but the quality is no improvement.
Close season we were treated to 'inside the boardroom' where in there somewhere the board AND management conceded our form and performances (especially at home) were below average and this would be worked upon and rectified. Well, 6 months down the line it is worse. If they recognised it last term then they surely all see it now and realise something needs to change. Or was even that segment of meeting also aimed at selling season books when deep down they knew we were in for much of a muchness? |
