I've got this Embow. Sorry I couldn't think of an amusing title so kept it factual.
A seemingly resurgent Dunfermline on a three game unbeaten run (but a four game Fife derby losing run!) are the obstacle we have to overcome after our most embarrassing result of the season.
Much will depend on if Watson is back but I'd be amazed if he is, looked like he'd done a muscle when he limped off last night. If he is then the back four picks itself and if go for Brown, Matthews, Mullen, Easton, Vaughan and Rudden to complete the line up.
Simply must win this one as either Utd will have slipped up against Morton on Tuesday or they won and we'll need to stay in touch.

I thought that Rossco looked good back in midfield ,despite his early booking perhaps limiting his "snap" , until he was caught up in the general malaise . So would give him another run. But I wouldn't leave Stanton out of my starting eleven on Saturday.

Will gladly assume the responsibility if we get the win Embow.
Yeah Franco I totally forgot about Stanton Embarassed
I guess I'd reluctantly have to drop Matthews to make way for him as we'd still need Easton and Mullen on the wings.

Ah, Castle, I did wonder.
Personally , I'd leave out Easton but hope he can recover some of his form off the bench. This does mean playing LV on the left, but Vaughany can play anywhere and still put in a goalscoring performance.

Stanton, Byrne, Easton and Connolly with Vaughan and Hamilton up top. I just feel Hamilton has the height advantage over the Pars Hamilton at centre half.

Rudden to come off the bench with his movement and pressure.

If Watson doesn’t make it then Corr deserves to start. Keep Brown on the bench for his late 30 yard worldie.

I would possibly bring McGill in for James Brown.

Three points please and the joys of getting to gloat over beating them so often this season.

McGill is another one of those mysteries along with Corr. Anytime I have seen him play, McGill that is he's looked fine yet I can't remember now the last time he got any minutes.

We have played 13 home matches and gained 23 points. The highest of all teams in the division but away we have also played 13 but got 28 points with only Dundee United scoring more. Top two perform better away from home

I do not want to sound like Moros the Greek God of impending doom here, but.......

Like many of you other Auld Codgers I have seen it all before, and this game has the potential to produce one of those, "Stars are all aligned" moments to cut us off at the knee. Friday was a performance I have seen many times before, but I have to say, I did not think I would see such an inept performance from this team, this season; and I am now worried.

The Pars have started to come together of late, just as we seem to be slightly unravelling. So I have changed my demeanour from that of, "Happy Clapper" to, "Anxious Heilan Man".
I'm sorry. I can't help it. My many years of Rovers experience has shown me that we Rovers Fans get a wee bit of success which is inexplicably torn away from us just when we think we are on the cusp of something good.

My only hope is the Derby atmosphere can pull the team back to playing some of the good football we had been witnessing. Sadly, A hae ma doots.

So. COYR and prove an auld sceptic that things really have changed? PLEASE!

Corr and Murray. McGill at full back and Brown in middle?

It will be the usual Brown, Murray, Brown, Dick and the big Hairdresser in the goals waving at every cross that is aimed at him. The defence has been rank all season and i think even Dunfermline will score against us.
