While true, we also now see Alloa’s max points at 35, inching us closer to security. |

Not bothering about Alloa.
I think they're on the way down
More bothered about second bottom play off 9th place if we don't pick up a few results in the remaining games. Perversely, I think a win tomorrow will do nicely to knock that idea/thought on the head. _________________ Talk on! Talk on!

Absolutely agree, however with Alloa where they are, if we win the last head to head, they are assured of finishing with no more points than we can get period...it’s the first domino. With Morton, Ayr and Arbroath all down there with similar totals, our survival looks assured with just a few more points, probably one or two is enough. |

Well well back up to second and some green shoots of slight improvement on the park.
It’s a funny old league this, results having gone the way they did as DH said in commentary “3 points would have been massive “ _________________ Competitive goals: Vaughan 18, Easton 11, Hamilton 10, Smith 9, Stanton 7, Mullin 4, Connolly 3, O'Reilly 3, Rudden 3, S Brown 1, Dick 1, Gullan 1, Masson 1, Millen 1, Mitchell 1, Murray, Watson 1, OG's 1, |

Aye, but every other team in the league has been, is now, and will be saying the exact same thing this month.
Next 3 league games is when we have to make our season-to-date actually count for something |

Fingers crossed for a draw at Dens or at the very least that the Pars don't score again to keep us in (tentative) second place for now! Can we beat the Pars on Tues?
Hearts fans in meltdown earlier on Sportsound! One phoned in. It went something like this:
Hearts fan: "After we got rod of that Levein last season ----"
Commentator: "You might at least call him by his first name - because he's sitting right here with us in the studio!"
Hearts fan: "Oh ---- I'm really sorry Craig".
Craig Levein: "Not accepted!".
LOL! |

Can live with it if it finishes this way. The Pars are nearly on us with goal difference. Dundee are not. |
