Perhaps I read this wrong? I thought Dunfermline were complicit because we had to put in a challenge? Either way it sucks Evil or Very Mad

Kevin Nisbet tribunal
Raith put challenge to SPFL requesting a development fee from Dunfermline.
Tribunal took place on October 28 but club is still waiting on official verdict.
"The SFPL had never seen this type of challenge before where top scorer leaves for nothing.
"It's now gone on so long can't see any money coming in."

You,d like to think the club are asking questions/ hounding the SPFL why there has been no verdict on tribunal 3 months down the line

Something just doesnt seem right

If the tribunal has still to finalise, tonight's goal might just be a positive for us!

I don't believe it will happen, I got the impression the committee have made already their decision either to the clubs or privately and we are getting hee haw!

Loving the fact that this is on TV and there's hardly anyone there, pay at the gate Dundee fans? I can count em!

Surely the SPFL or the club should/ could make a statement on the reasons for the decision to award hee haw or is there something to hide?

Excellent goal by Nisbet but how bad are Dundee

22 goals for the season now for an inconsistent Pars side. Pretty impressive.
