Queens will be on a high after their result today and new management bounce with Johnston and Clark in charge.
We really need to up everything to just try to compete as well as shackling Dobbie. Mission impossible or maybe not? Discusses. _________________ Talk on! Talk on!

Job done .
Might be too much to ask that "comments disabled" doesn't have to go under McGlynn's YouTube interview within two minutes of it being posted
Stat. Since he arrived back at Palmerston in August '16, Dobbie's played in 18 cup matches against opponents outwith the top two divisions. He's scored 26 goals.
We have nothing to fear but fear itself. |

That's absolute nonsense.
We saw the game out with ease in that last 30 mins, could have got another goal and Forfar were lucky to finish with 10 men.
Well done to Mcglynn and the team. Wasn't pretty, and wasn't looking good at all at 1-0 so fair play.
Superb support, must have been 1200 plus. |

It's situations like this that make it far better just to be there as everything unfolds in front of you in real time. No amount of live commentary, updates, Twitter feeds etc., can relieve the hypertension.
The only thing, really, that does is a couple or more early goals and a leak proof defence. _________________ Talk on! Talk on!

That was a toughie. Tactics spot on again and the substitutions were bang on the money. You could feel the relief and the tension at the final whistle. Some big performances today and I thought Ross Mathews was immense. Great support today maybe 1500 or so Rovers fans and it was clear that Forfar were not prepared for it . Turnstiles, stewarding and catering a total shambles . |

Did what we had to do and job done. Game management at 1-1 was enough to see it out. Forfar lost the plot and John Baird was a disgrace and possibly cost his team any chance of a recovery with his persistent petulance towards Rovers players and the referee.
Got really frustrated at Forfar committing cynical fouls and accusing Rover players of diving.
Anyhow all we had to do was draw and we did. Saw it out comfortably.
Support was nervous but the relief was tangible.
Well done all. |
