Barry Smiths tactics seem to be doing awful well considering. His record speaks for itself. Maybe have a little look at how things have worked out; have we lost a game this season under these shocking tactics? Granted we've conceded a few more goals and dropped points at home to East Fife but his team, his tactics and his style of play haven't actually let him down so far so I don't see what all the fuss is about.
You're clearly just an angry cretin that needs to have something to slaver pish about or you'd end up internally combusting. The 10 men on the park were mostly his signings and are responding to his training and ethos. He made the changes today, got the messages on the pitch and his players delivered. By the sounds of it, he did his job today and got the result.
A win next weekend and you'll be even more seething. Brilliant. |

Is it the opposition fans that wanted us to lose so that smith could possibly be sacked.  as keith says their is a team in their somewhere and its smith team so everyone should be behind him and the team.
having said that i signed out of RA early yesterday, something i have never done. it was my mistake.

I wasn't there yesterday but I do get all the 'great character' shown in the last few minutes of the game but what about the first 85 or so minutes? Not to mention Davo letting us down again. |

Waiting on the highlights going up...
Don’t suppose those at Airdrie FC will be in a hurry. Good reaction from Buchanan after being hooked on 60 mins last week. If we get Vaughn back soon I’m pretty confident.
There absolutely is a section of our support just waiting to jump on Smith every time there’s a less than expected result. As long as we have a full team vs Arbroath but I’ll reserve judgement until then.

It was nothing like a great performance yesterday.
We were second best for virtually the whole game.
Credit to the ten players on the park who dug deep and took full advantage of some shambolic Airdrie defending, but once again Smith's obsession with 4-4-2 whereby Matthews is shoehorned into an unnatural position, and his obsession with experience over form, was horribly exposed for 85 minutes yesterday.

| As Smith himself said in his post match interview, there was a lot of bollocks on show during the game. Think he was just referring to the last 10 minutes though. No wonder he couldn’t stop smiling as he’d probably thought it was going to be his last interview for Raith TV. |

Unfortunately, I am that old. I was at a reserve game at Starks Park, in the days when the half time scores were put up by some bloke wandering around with numbers that he hung on hooks to the side of each goal. Around about 4.15 we were informed by this semaphore-like system that the first team were 4 0 up at Rugby Park. I remember it fairly well as was at the game
Had 4-0 final score on the bus sweep. |

Noticed from the highlights all the players running to the fans first after scoring. Shows Smith was talking nonsense in his interview again. The fans are right behind the players just not him.
