Hibs didn't let us down. This season has been our own fault. It's no bad luck story.

I think we will win but i think hibs will draw with St. Mirren and that last minute goal hibs scored against us coming back to haunt us, as the point would have made is safe.

I hope the fans do turn out, get behind the team and create a positive atmosphere. .

Nailed that prediction on both points..well done to the fans for showing up in numbers. Should make the playoffs £5 and £2 also.

The league decide the admission price for the play offs, it's out with the club's hands.

Two words sums this up for me. Scunnered and gutted. Sad
I'll call back later when I feel a wee bit less dejected. Crying or Very sad

Great effort from the 10 men today. Looking at the league table, it shows how costly that petulant handball by Jordan Thompson in the last minute at Easter Road has proved to be. If's and but's I know, so let's hope today's Rovers with steel in the defence AND midfield turns up for the playoffs, and the "fancy dans" are kept on the bench.

Another few ifs and buts -
Ghost goal QoS had against us that didn't cross the line - lose 2pts
Vaughan's goals for Sons, earned them 5pts.

Fortune smiles on the brave.....

We have had not a lot of fortune this term.

But in short we are where we deserve to be.

In a regular season (pre playoffs) our form since October has been relegation form. If we are relegated at the end of the day then it will be entirely deserved.

Bring on Brechin City, I'll be there.

Hate to be optimistic but great to see Bene, Davo and Matthews back in the team, and Court took his goal so well and was a handful to Ayr particularly in the first half. We certainly are where we deserve to be and frankly could have been down already without the much better home form.

Attitude was spot on today, and repeats of that performance would almost certainly see us ok, along with the little bit of luck we've short of too. Start next game with the same outfield players we started that one, except Hardie for Skacel.

All the ifs, buts and maybes -- with hindsight, I'd rather be locked 2nd bottom than end up there only because of Vaughn's equaliser last week or the QOS goal, keeper crisis or just because of any single one of our many misfortunes this season. Sure, some of the bigger factors, like the gubbings by Dumbarton and St Mirren - and Vaughn's spell with Dumbarton might have made the difference, but these were not misfortune! The season was mince from the boardroom to loan players - end of.

We have a second chance to put it all right now - and we go into the play-offs as favourites. COYR!

4 more performances like today, minus the red cards and we can avoid the drop. Is it a 1 game suspension for penska.

Hard working display today.
