Hopefully a decent crowd on Saturday and after Rangers' result away to Livingston recently, we have a wee chance on Saturday.

So we've got Thomson out for at least 6 to 8 weeks, McCord, Bene and Anderson picking up knocks at the weekend, Megginson still injured, Stewart playing through an injury and no word on Toshney. I'd expect Rangers to see this out with relative ease. Even if we were at full strength you're talking about a monumental performance needed against a team who have horsed us more times than I care to remember. Even though I have a season ticket I'm giving this game a miss, I could go, not doing anything else, but after last season (think it was midweek) I just don't enjoy sitting through such a poisonous atmosphere. The novelty factor of playing Rangers just isn't there anymore.

with the fit players we've got left to field, this could be a hugely embarrassing defeat.

I could suffer watching a defeat as long as we competed - eg get in their faces, close down, tackle, don't stand back and admire them or give them time on the ball.
We've seen this tactic employed by teams in the 2nd and 3rd divisions against The New Rangers to good effect. However, we seem to do the exact opposite each time and are humped by 4+ goals (Ramsdens Cup and Scottish Cup aside).
COYR, get right into them!

This will be an easy Rangers win.

Probably by 3 goals watch by a crowd of 5900.

I won't be attending as I refuse to pay £30 for my son and I due to there being no Parent & Child tickets.

I'll take a draw. Not much chance of getting one but i'll take one all the same.

We'll lose this by at least four goals. Maybe even six or seven if some of our injuries don't clear.

The two home games against this mob are just games you want out the way as quickly as possible. No chance of a result and a horrible away support.

To be fair, he's not the only one with this fixture. Check Pie and Bovril. Moan, moan, moan, i'm soooo scared of the big bad Sevco fans. They might sing a nasty song and offend me. I'm not going.

I, on the other hand, will step up to the mark and attend this big game. I am much better that these faint hearts.

I'll be there. But if I had to choose a home match to miss it would be against this mob.

If someone offered me a 2-0 defeat right now I would gladly take it and avoid the game being played.

I sincerely hope the players won't have that crappy attitude

Do you think we can do better than that realistically?

Our form is poor, we have several players injured or carrying knocks and not one of our players would get in their side. We also have an absolutely abysmal record against them in the league since they came up.

Even McKinnon effectively said after the game at Ibrox that games against them don't really count.

Avoiding a hammering is all we can realistically hope for here.
