Get lost you muppet no one *bleep* it why would they as nade is a rovers player. All the fans want is a successful team and that is not happening although saturday was a good performance we still never won.Nade is a professional player who acted in a professional way in dealing with that situation even though he shouldnt have come over.He said to the lads that the team was trying and that is why there were handshakes even though it sometimes doesnt look like that.WERE YOU THERE ON SATURDAY ?

Sorry but the boy totally shat it. Look at his body language when Nade offers him a handshake, the boy's doing it through gritted teeth because he knows he'd look like a bigger twat if he kept up his childish meltdown. Then Ellis comes over and he loses the plot again. As I said, cringworthy stuff.

is this topic not about the next home match?
so why are folk having a go about nade wanting to talk to the supporters last week?
was it a fight? wasnt it a fight? did someone go home and cry? did nade go ballistic? was the rovers supporter a S****bag...?blah blah blah.. who cares that was last week, and we now need to get a win this comng weekend.
Right now we need nade to be on top form, especially against hibs, its bad enough their support will be ripping into him without our mob doing the same!

i will admit that the last few weeks ive vented my anger toward certain players, and the manager!
But wether we like it or not grant murray is currently manager and thats not the players fault... well maybe it is ha!
but right now those bunch of players feel like none of us support their efforts on the pitch.
Long gone are the days when clubs like hibs come to our ground and from the minute the teams come out to warm up to the 90th minute we would show our support, but that needs to change.. even if its just 1 game at a time!
the fact dougie hill is talkingabout the fans in a negative way in this weeks paper isnt a great sign, he has been such a great player for u in recent times, and a fans favourite, bad press isnt what we need.

Funny how many people shoot their mouth off on here about the players yet when supporters actually say what they think to a player directly they're branded "an embarrassment"

what is embarassing are the wannabee psychologists trying to psycho analyse the intent of other supporters

These are the guys who travelled down to Dumfries on a cold Saturday night to watch an utterly pathetic performance, who put up with various kinds of abuse from supporters of The Rangers during a capitulation and who watched the team collapse at home against the team at the bottom of the leage in recent weeks.

They're also the guys who have got behind the team vocally on every one of those occasions and been let down.

I think they're entitled to have words with the players.

I know and those supporters are entitled to tell the players what they think too. If they choose not to, that's their choice. Or they can come on here for a moan, which is what normally happens Wink

I think these supporters deserve to be psycho analysed if they're committed/stupid enough to travel to the likes of Dumfries on a cold Saturday night or head to Ibrox with what's been dished up from our team thus far.

The only people who know what was said is the individuals that were there at the time .

To come on here and surmise , interpret , and conclude is wrong and nothing more than a big fishing hook .

Results have been poor for too long now no wonder people are having a go . If you travel and pay money to see your team play , you at least want some passion and commitment out of the players .

I posted on this directly after the game, but it wasnt an altercation... A supporter was giving some stick to players as they came off the pitch.. Nade came over and was trying to explain they are all doing their best.. I passed by at this point.. No raise voices from Nade, no arguments...however some of the other players thought it was going to get messy and came over to get Nade away, again he was explaining to the other players.. hey I'm just havng a conversation with this guy to explain.. but them trying to drag him away made it look like they were holding him back.. then some other fans jumped in as they thought it was a stramash.... everyone shook hands...

Personally the fan in question was made to look a bit foolish, however the incident does not deserve all the pages and pages of debate on here or mention in the national press...

it was an exchange of viewpoints...to shut the guy up dishing out the abuse...

As Dougie Hill says today, he can understand it after some performances but the team gave everything that day and played really well... was an unlucky result...

anyway, cant we just draw a line under it...it really was not worth all the debate..

If you are talking about the rovers fan pointing in nade`s direction then i dont know who he is.I was at the game and the only fans who sang at the game were 6 of us from you know who and 7 young kids who are primary 7 i think. He one of the lads was upset at another defeat and in hindsight he wouldnt have done what he did but it was frustrating.

Vinnie you still never answered my question did you travel to the game on saturday or do you show the displeasure from your sofa like many rovers fans are doing at the moment.Craig1986 shocking attitude sums it up for me by wanting to analyse fans for travelling to watch their team. What R12ATH says is spot on regarding the nade incident so why folk want to add arms and legs to the story is beyond me.

The way things are going at the moment it isnt enjoyable watching the rovers and reminds me of some time in the past when johnny urquart was the chairman.A rovers legend who got stick along with the board because the team wasnt winning games or playing well with the fans arguing amongst themselves. The fans would also stand in the enclosure and shout at the board during games and at full time which is not a road anyone wants to go down again.

One last thing if admin wants to ban me then fair enough at least i wouldnt have to reply to the same folk every week about things that happen at games.

If we are now at the stage where playing really well translates into a 2-1 defeat by Dumbarton then God help us.

Gav, we can feel your pain but for me the issue on Saturday boiled down to how you communicate that to the team, manager, board etc. You have to accept that some folk dont buy into the direct action approach and found Saturday a bit distasteful.

Ive been part of a baying mob up for storming the boardroom in the past and observed saturday with concern that the lads involved (players and fans) might go too far and things could get out of hand. A lot for a player, the club or fan caught up in the moment to lose if actions get picked up by an over zelous steward or policeman.

What was most interesting was the shift from a fairly aggressive barracking of the manager and players to a much more reasoned one when Nade came over. He suddenly stopped being a symbol of whats wrong and fair game for abuse to becoming a person who plays for our team. Then there appeared to be some discussion and consensus we are all hurting.

Allan I like your comment re fans coming on a forum and becoming amatuer psychologists. Isnt that the very reason for such sites: Accross Scotland at 5.40 every Saturday and fans know better how the manager, players, board, etc should operate, so reading into a fans behaviour is just an extension of the wonderful world of online forums.
