It's the principle for me, I'm just not paying £17 to watch a Scottish 1st Division match in that ground. When we're all paying £25 a pop in ten years time look back on this game as a time when you could've kept the prices down...

Over-reaction? I remember a very similar kind of thing happening in the 80's/90's that I went along with, and now look what we're stuck with. £19 at Dens, £17 at Central. Football is way overpriced here.

Couldn't agree more. We are paying some of the highest prices in Europe for our football which is of a fairly poor standard.

Not only that but look at the state of Central Park which is a joke and the fact that I've to get a train from Falkirk to Cowdenbeath means I would have to pay over £30 to attend the game.

Over £30 to watch a game at Central Park you are having a laugh!!!

When you can get a full sky HD Package with sports & movies (including ESPN) for £32.25 a month it goes to show you how poor value for money we are getting.

Good point plus you could invest all or part of the £17 at the bookies and possibly come away with a nice wee sum. At least it doesn't go into Cowden's pockets! That's what I intend to do since I'll be at Inverness anyway, altho my son is going as its £8 for him.

No over £30 to watch Rovers...........who cares where the money goes. Also bringing the price of the train into it is daft as you'd have to pay that regardless of the state of the stadium.

I must be one of the very few people on here who actually likes going to Central Park, especially when on the terrace we are getting this time where the view is actually pretty good.

Anyhoo no principles here I'm afraid as I just bought 2 tickets (only 1 for me - I'm no that daft)
