Raith Rovers FC are today delighted to announce the signing of local 18-year-old, Callum Hannah, on a two-year deal from Kirkcaldy & Dysart FC.
A die-hard Rovers supporter and highly rated young talent, Callum is also a Scottish Schools Internationalist.
He started playing football at 4-years-old for Thornton Locos and at 11 signed for Fife Elite. After spending six years there, he then joined Dunfermline Athletic as a pro-youth before securing first-team football with Kirkcaldy & Dysart in January of this year.
After spending time training with our squad this season and playing for Rovers in a recent bounce game behind closed doors, Callum has continuously stood out as a very exciting young prospect. With a strong desire to work hard, undoubted ability and huge potential; bringing Callum in was a no-brainer.
Ian Murray commented, "Callum is a good young player who performed well in our recent bounce game versus a strong Falkirk team. He is left-sided and we look forward to working with him. On behalf of all at Raith Rovers, I'd like to extend a big thanks to Kirkcaldy & Dysart FC who helped make this deal happen."
It was a proud day at Stark's Park today for Callum, Mum Fiona and all of his Rovers mad family.
Following his dream move, a thrilled Callum said, "As a lifelong fan, I couldn't be more delighted to sign for The Rovers and can't wait to get started!"
Callum will join up with his teammates tomorrow and be available for selection this Saturday. _________________ THERES FIVE OF ME |

I think Calum will be a great signing for the Rovers.
And he supports the Rovers and along with his Rovers Mad family. |
