Quote from Embow for the tittle of this weeks game.
A timely warning as Thistle will be aggrieved to have lost at home this week and a win would see them leap above us in the league.
Hopefully a win for us but a draw more likely given our recent form - or the other outcome is also a possibility of course. Wonder what the mood is behind the doors now. _________________ Here Wee go again |

You could make us all doubt your sanity entirely had you suggested he will start with Poplatnik _________________ http://www.helpforheroes.org.uk/ |

He never gave a hint in the weekly interview, although Bene might be back if no adverse reaction to todays training |

If we can play today for ninety minutes the way we played the second half against Kilmarnock, then we have a decent chance of a result.
John was talking about our luck having deserted us, and in a way he is right. However it has to said, for some reason (other than the aforementioned second half performance last week) our effort has sadly deserted us also in recent weeks. Here's hoping for a decent performance today culminating in that illusive win we as supporters so desperately need.

I'm sure that I will not be alone in thinking that our season may revolve around the outcome of today's match. Win and we are in the Play-off
mix, lose and we look over our shoulder at the likes of Hamilton (and if you look over your shoulder ,you may well trip up )
A lot may depend on the identity of the two absent players. All we know from JMcG is that they are not Berra and Bene (although the latter may be missing too ).
I agree, HR, let's see a winning 90-minute performance.

no doubt that today is a must win if we are to retain hopes of a top four finish. i'll take a clean sheet and a goal of any variety to seal the deal. _________________ Gallatown boot boys |

Silky smooth soccer or a hard punt it up the park scrappy 1-0?
I couldn't care less, as long as we get three points.
We're fast heading to the real pointy end of the season and it's all about winning.
Nothing more, nothing less.
Last night's result was favourable and has opened up a wee possible advantage, but only if we win this one. _________________ Talk on! Talk on!

No Gullan or Ross in the squad? Hope that's just because they are carrying a knock. _________________ Fantalk~Often wrong but never in doubt |

Probably the unnamed illness and injury.
Edit: Confirmed by RaithTV, but not which is which. |

Pretty tepid affair so far, Rovers with the most of the limited opportunities, going long a lot and trying to make something out of second balls. Williamson puts in a lot of running but has no end product really. Stanton looks composed as always. We're putting a lot of crosses in deep but no one there to win them. Partick haven't done much but can see them getting a chance themselves. |
