A tough match coming up against the best side in the league so far. Would McGlynn risk Musonda if he is fit enough? Who comes out the midfiled to fit Ethan Ross in?
All good quandaries for the manager to have with players fit and fighting for places.
Would happily take a narrow win |

Can’t see there being much between the sides.
Inverness have conceded only 4 goals in the 9 games.
We have conceded 11 with 9 being conceded in 2nd half of games (other two both resulting in our only two defeats)
Guess we don’t want to be falling behind? |

Six of our eleven i.e. more than half, have been conceded in two home games within the last twenty minutes. Namely, Accies and Partick.
What might this mean for this game?🤔 Most likely nothing.🥴 _________________ Talk on! Talk on!

I suspect Frankie will be available on the bench, but is unlikely to see playing time. Lang is the first choice defensive sub.
I think Ross will be used again as a substitute for the more tired or less effective of Connolly or Zanatta. Connolly has consistently looked out of gas around the 70-80’ mark…Zanatta seems good for 90’, but was not as effective as usual versus Arbroath, while Connolly was looking more of a threat.
I expect Varian to start with Poplatnik to arrive at about the 65’. Poplatnik is the better CF for defending a lead, IMHO. He’s excellent with the ball, passes well and can hold-up or charge forward. His fresh legs in the final third of the match sorely tax the opposition defenders and have paid off for us. Varian, for all his lack of scoring, is an excellent pest to truly bother the other side. Pat Verbeek was a small hockey player who was nicknamed “the little ball of hate” because his style play and drive drove opponents to make mistakes, and Varian seems well on the way to replicating that role.
Tough game to call, but I’ll say 2-1, with us falling behind to MacKay early before goals by Zanatta and Poplatnik seal the win. |

Guys
This has to be our priority match right now.
Although it engenders strong emotion, the Pars game does not come into focus until we have a result, either way, against Inverness.
Let's get behind the team on this one. We have the ability, as has been shown in recent weeks, to achieve a positive result in this game. Massive vocal home support will help our team no end on Saturday.
Beat them comprehensively at home first, then go up to Inverness and Gubb them twice more.

This! ^ ^
There's been very little between the teams in the last meetings. We have to win the "toss of the coin" sooner or later. We either overcome that mental-block - that they are just our bogey-team - and write-off all of our games against them - or we will just hand the title to them and then it's the play-offs again! They are much less of a challenge to us than in-form Hearts were last season! Start beating them and the outcome might be very good. We beat Dundee at Dens, we beat Aberdeen and we beat Killie at Rugby Park. We can beat Inverness CT at home too.
The Pars game will take care of itself! COYR! |

Yes, this is the current match and so the only one to focus on, at the moment.
It's a huge game , as we don't want ICT opening up an eight-point gap.
But I can't be overly optimistic facing them, as I have been disappointed so often in this fixture and, this season , they have a great defensive record.
I'm thinking that the team will be unchanged from last Saturday and another fast start is the way to go.
We do have much more on the bench, now, though and being able to bring on Ethan and Matej will give the opposition fresh problems to think about, Too often, earlier this season any substitutions weakened the team, but not now.
Hoping that we sneak it by the odd goal! |

I think sneaking it means we have to have a gap of at least 2 maybe 3 maybe 4 goals by 70 minutes 🤓 _________________ Here Wee go again |

Think we always look good for conceading a goal so I will predict a 2-1 win for us, with us going behind early. |

I'll be happy as ever if it's a scabby 1-0 to the Rovers.
If a win comes through fast flowing scintillating sensational soccer then so much the better.
We really need to be on this from the off and get the horrible bogey laid to rest. It has to go sometime. Why not today?🤔👍 _________________ Talk on! Talk on!

Really tough one to call and pretty impossible to predict. I’m guessing the 1st goal will be pretty important...
Inverness have been a tough nut to crack for all this season but they are not head and shoulders above everyone else, let’s get in about them, impose our game on them and continue our great run of results! |

Yet another injury!
Varian subbed before twenty minutes played.
Hope he recovers before Tuesday's derby outing. _________________ Talk on! Talk on!
