Sad news today that Eddie and the Hot Rods singer passed away at the age of 63. I've met Barrie a few times and he was always great company and made time for a chat with anyone. I think he must have been aware of health issues as he decided to stop touring in August this year.

I was having drinks with Richard just at the weekend there in Edinburgh, Inverness, Kinross and Glasgow as he was playing with John Otway's band.
