Apologies if I explain this poorly or if it's a daft question but a slight problem with the PM service on here and it's happened quite a lot to me, for some reason when I send a PM, the message afterwards says it has sent but when I look in the folders to make sure that it has indeed sent it appears in my outbox sometimes for hours before actually sending.

It will sit in your outbox until the person you send the PM acctually logs in and opens it.
