A huge thanks to the volunteers who have came along the last two weeks to help the ground staff manage some of the tasks which they wish to get through pre-season.

The ground staff are working really hard and appreciate that there are times when many hands make light work.

Around 15 people have helped out several making both sessions which have been a really good laugh and a great chance to talk Rovers while contributing to the cause.

If you wish youre name to be put on the e.mail list then please pass me your details via PM.

The ability to dig, paint, wipe or brush is all you need to be able to contribute.

Volunteers range from 6 years old up to those who are past retiral age-simple link is their love of the club.

Why not give it a go? Feedback from club staff; Chairman, manager, players and office staff has been very respectful with John taking time out last week to give volunteers his thanks and the chance to ask any questions they had re pre-season games and the squads progress.

cleaning the south stand seats could be an improvised training sesh,
what with up & down all the stairs then the side steps along the rows
while bending to clean the seats , sounds perfect! Wink
