Depends Don on whether you are a friendly Dandies fan or one of the Burberry brigade?
The High St has a lot of decent pubs. Penny Farthing, Bar Itza and O'Connels are all good as is the Novar Bar (very Rovers pub) just up the Road on Nicol St.
The Abbey is en-route to the ground on Milton Rd and is popular with away fans sometimes.
And of course the nearest to the ground is Starks Bar about 100 yrds down the hill from Starks Park on Pratt St.
Google map the High St's west end/Nicol St/ Milton Rd and you'll get the idea
Why the interest? you might still be going to Lanarkshire yet! _________________ Competitive goals: Connolly 15, Gullan 7, Easton 7, Stanton 6, Vaughan 5, Dick 3, Akio 2, Brown 2, Connell 2, Goncalves 2, McBride 2, Frederiksen 1, McGill 1, Nolan 1, OG 1. |

Their no longer a supporters club and were at all games not just tv games. And to be fair they had nothing to do with violence or causing trouble. Just a group of lads enjoying the football the way it should be. |

Yeah I meant that, just we can only really see them when they are on TV but I wasn't very clear I admit, I just presumed they were hooligans as ultras is a name that a lot of hooligan firms use. |

That was part of the problem that the group had to disband sadly, a lot of dons fans saw the ultra and thought here we go more hooligans. You can't blame them for thinking that either really. |
