can any one tell me if ther is a solution to sorting this out as ive been onlline and supposidly ther is a way but jus wanted to see if any one else had any knowledge of how to get this sorted or if my xbox is completely goosed

hope you have warranty on your xbox or have to pay out money for a new xbox

There is a thing called the wet towel trick, but it melts your solder within the Xbox, which renders your warranty void.

well ive voided my warranty anyway as its flashed.could be becose of this i have the red rings,but to be honest pretty shoking that its happened to so many. last a heard microsoft wer getting sued

I had mine just under ayear and it had the rings lucky it had warranty but bought a furher two years

the warranty for these is 3 years for the rrod as long as you have not taken it apart and broke the warranty seal email microsoft and they will fix gratis. i went through 3 consoles in 14 months had enough and got a ps3.

Microsoft will check the Firmware version, see it is Flashed and not do a thing.

If it is Flashed, you could try restoring the firmware an try the flash again but i'm pretty sure you are screwed
