Perhaps I didn't make my point clear, basically the same 3 seats were sold twice. |

its a bit of a shambles to be honest. I have a season ticket, my son has a season ticket and my father-in-law has a life membership season ticket. We went down to Starks on the first day tickets went on sale. I bought mine, no probs. My son, as he has now turned 18, bought his own and gave them his email address and his postal address. My father-in-law, being a life member gave his details and was told his ticket would be posted out.
So, earlier this week I received an email to my email address saying I did not have a postal address and could I come down to Starks park to collect my ticket. This was on the same day the Hibs tickets went on sale. So off I went to get the Hibs tickets and my season ticket only to find there was no ticket there waiting for me. So, a bit confused I decided to check the other two. Turns out it was my son who did not have a postal address on his computer record and the email had come to me as this was the email address they had for him, even though he had given his own details when he purchased the ticket. Anyway, turns out there was no ticket there for him either and I was told to come back on Saturday to see if they turned up in the post. Mine showed up on Friday but still no sign of my sons so we had to get that printed at Starks Park before the game yesterday. I will be emailing the office to ensure both our records on the computer system are correct.
But now the really bad bit, and probably relevant to rr11wmc. My father-in-law, the life member who requested his ticket still had not received it prior to the Thursday the Hibs tickets went on sale. Whilst I was down at Starks, I queried it, only to be told his seat was still available for sale. It was as if he had never been there and no-one had recorded the fact that he was renewing his ticket. Like rr11wmc pals, he has been in that same seat for years, its even got a plate with his name on it. Basically anyone could have purchased that seat for the season or for an individual game. I got it sorted out but its left a bad impression of the admin at Starks Park.
The new board are doing so much right and its not nice highlighting the bad things but I agree with others that they do need to care for the diehard fans and get these things right. |

I guess i have just been lucky. Apparently, the new computer system has wiped out all the addresses. I received an email from the club on Thursday to inform me of this, requesting i collect my season tickets x3 from the office. They were in an envelope under my name and the lady typed my address into the computer. |

I didn’t have the best of experiences either.
Got 1st season ticket since the Grant Murray era along with one for my son, picked our seats on app, picked a couple at end of an aisle…went to go to them 1st time yesterday, they were on opposite sides of the walkway, someone was already in my sons seat, mine was rusting, half falling to bits and seat pointed more towards ground when put down.
We went and sat somewhere else needless to say! Hopefully we can sort out new seats with club… |

When I bought my ticket at the office, I spelled out my address and the lad taking details spelled it back.
All is well you would think, when it arrived, thank you Royal Mail, my street name had morphed into to the name of a middle eastern country. _________________ Hope he's got plenty Rovers action to comment on tonight.... |
