That's Morton gone one up at Gayfield.
Best for us a draw or Morton win?
Really no idea but to be honest we just have to look after ourselves big time until the end of the season.
ETA And a draw it is. _________________ Talk on! Talk on!

We’re not catching Morton…Arbroath’s unlikely to catch us, but a draw is probably the best for us. If we’re lucky, Hamilton get kicked around by Ayr and it deflates them for next week…and possibly then if we win we have another advantage in two more weeks. And we need it because the League run after Cove (h) is Queen’s Park (h), Accies (h), ICT, Dundee, Arbroath (h), Morton, Ayr and Partick (h). To be honest, I see only 12 points in there total. That puts us on 47…which would assure ninth at worst…and likely seventh. |

If we are not catching Morton who are eight ahead of us having played two more matches then Arbroath certainly aren't catching us having played one more and are still ten points behind us. _________________ Fantalk~Often wrong but never in doubt |

The problem is we’re only getting about 1.2 points per game recently…give us those two in hand versus Morton, and we’re likely only 2-3 points closer. Morton are getting 1.5 over the season and closer to 1.8 recently. Arbroath have been struggling to even get a point a match, and don’t look likely to go on a run. I think we’re pretty much locked in sixth or seventh…the difference is worth about £15,000-30,000. |

Anything can happen over the course of the run in, it's a tall order to make 4th but not beyond the realms of possibility |

All square at Dens at HT.
Perhaps big result for QP's title ambitions if it stays that way ? _________________ Talk on! Talk on!

Was reading on a hearts forum that 8 years ago today they became champions of the championship, ahead of Sevco and hibs.
At that point we were in 6th place, on 36 points with falkirk in 5th and QOS in 4th with 47 points. We must of went on some run under Mckinnon at that point to secure 4th place. |

McKinnon was the following season (15/16) when we stopped the tribute act from winning the league at Stark's Park.
In 14/15 we had a decent run in March, but lost a six pointer at Falkirk at the start of April, then collapsed like a pack of cards. Grant Murray was sacked after the second last game of the season. _________________ Dougie Hill

That's right, I'm a season ahead of myself. I recall getting pumped off livingston then Murray was sacked after that. |
