Stoke looking to sign Porteous from Hibs, that might just see O'Riordan stay here till the seasons end, fingers crossed |

O’riordan is on loan from Crewe not Stoke - I would be more worried about a manager-go-round given the latest run of results from Hibs _________________ Here Wee go again |

Aye indeed!
Especially with him being an ex-Hibee.
There's always the chance that Hibs might want a bigger "name" if the current one gets the P45 in the next month or two. _________________ Talk on! Talk on!

We had a loanee from Stoke last year I think although they were not used a lot - or were they? Sure someone will remember. As for senior moments - it’s about time RRFC spent some dosh to upgrade toilet facilities to include a real working toilet - ref Airdrie ground - a haven for oldies. The lack of one in the main stand is ridiculous. One way in and one way out - not a euphemism but a statement about a common entrance and exit into a space where swinging a cat would be difficult let alone anything else. Is this not A thread about team talk and transfers? So my post is legitimately posted here - it’s not possible to make a transfer in the old stand. _________________ Here Wee go again |

Nolan back, as expected…Gullan and Ross miss as expected…Matthews absent, not sure why. Awaiting interview before posting update…Dick and Brown with yellows, puts Dick on 4 and Brown on 5, so next is a game off 14 days after for Brown. |

Always appreciate your Updates Tx.
So is Ross Matthews good to go on Saturday? Do you know why he was missing from the squad against Dundee? With Brown and Stanton being off their games, it was an unfortunate week to be absent! ( I was hoping that it wasn't that his toe was failing to heal as expected ) |

IDK, I never saw anything on Ross Matthews missing practice or anything, and IM didn’t even mention him today. I will note that I took from one of the interviews earlier this season that Ross was still in some pain after the toe op and might need to manage the pain over the season…but other read that differently, so who knows.
From IM’s interview, the only change I foresee is Nolan for Dick and, perhaps, Gullan for Connell. |

It's a wee bit frustrating that Raith tv have had two opportunities to ask about Rossco's absence last week but haven't done so!
Perhaps he will be back in the squad tomorrow, perhaps not. |

Story in the Courier confirms Matthews toe issue flared up again last week, and he will miss this week too. Sad to say, but that really sounds like what I feared/understood, that he will never be free of the pain and can only play when it’s manageable/managed.
Edit: Easton misses the Spiders match, no reason known. |
