Was looking forward to sitting down with a few beers to watch the Scottish Cup tie between Pollock v Huntly tomorrow, not now
Bbc had selected the first-round tie at Newlandsfield Park to be broadcast but have now abandoned the coverage. The broadcaster cited a lack of resources as the reason.
Supporters have rightly criticised the decision after the match was moved from its original kick-off time of Saturday at 3pm. Many took to social media to vent their frustrations. _________________ THERES FIVE OF ME |

I suppose rules are rules, but that's a real shame.
They're a cracking wee club, as we found out in January. _________________ Dougie Hill

Yes - sad - always liked Banks O' Dee. Forward thinking wee club, a bit like the New Saints and it would have been their first Scottish Cup run as a Highland League club. |

Talk about a potential banana skin. Talbot players will be well up for another cup run. _________________ Fantalk~Often wrong but never in doubt |

Was kinda hoping that it would have been us coming up a la 2012😊
Useless fact incoming!
There's a large house less than 150 yards along the main road from me called Brockville.
Correct. Built by a Bairns supporter in 1997.🥺 _________________ Talk on! Talk on!

I'll hazard a guess that it's somewhat less of a dump than the real Brockville was? _________________ Dougie Hill

Given the BBC's fetish for Auchinleck, I wouldn't be surprised if this was moved for the telly.
If it does go ahead on the Saturday, it should attract a half decent crowd.
I'd reckon they'll bring four or five hundred through. _________________ Dougie Hill
