Kyle connell. Can't say I have heard of him but apparently Murray had him on loan at Airdrie from Killie. Has also been on loan to East Fife. Hope he has some height.

Dovetails nicely onto this link from the Daily Tangerine:
https://www.thecourier.co.uk/fp/sport/football/3527236/raith-rovers-close-season-report-card-signings-rated-premier-sports-cup-verdict-and-championship-prediction/

Nice to hear an appraisal from a non-Rovers perspective and it's actually pretty upbeat!

He was lucky if he got seven minutes on the pitch in most games. If he started and played the majority of most games, I would say those figures would be very different. I'd have him back.

Sorry Neil, I amended my post while you were replying. He scored 11 goals but it was in a more than 31 appearances, not sure how many.
I wouldn't be totally against having him back and he seemed like a nice guy off the pitch but I'd rather we explored other options. His number one fan on here leaking team news always bothered me.

Got to day would have liked to have seen a bit more experience coming in but there again there may not be any good ones out there. Hopefully the three new guys settle down quickly and as they say Get in the Groove.

Maybe not ideal but we are two kids on loan and a guy recovering from 10 months out with crucial damage better off than we were a few days ago 😉

Note two of those are loans until January…giving IM more time to find long term solutions…just saying.

Money is tight everywhere. Don’t think anyone outside the old firm and Aberdeen probably have funds available
