The next few weeks are vital and will make or break our seasonQuality players in the areas we need to strengthen are rare for a club with our resources however, so interesting one to see how the manager does this. |
Really!Dont see why the next few weeks will make or break or season. We got off to a stormer early doors last season and faded rapidly
Not you in particular but some need to calm down a bit.We know and more importantly Murray knows we,re short in a few debartments and pretty sure hes doing his best to address this by getting in players he wants and needs not just anyone t9 fill a jersey
The league campaign hasn,t even started and some have got us struggling
Anyone who thought we,d get anything from todays game is delusional _________________ THERES FIVE OF ME |

Cant say I'm overly surprised by the game today. Aberdeen have invested heavily in a largely new squad and over the piece deserved to win with a bit to spare.
Cant fault the effort today the team worked very hard but the lack of quality in key areas was all too evident. Nothing really new to learn positive or negative.
Didn't find Pittodrie particularly welcoming with wholly unnecessary body searches for fans. I even had to prove the object in my pocket was a car key. God knows what they were expecting.
Encouraged again by Murrays interview so heres hoping the second trip to Aberdeen in a week will be a fruitful one. |

I meant more in the sense that the players who are brought in over the next few weeks will rather than the games themselves. |

This! Brutal from our point of view! They saved the dimes that could have been swapped for dollars! We could have had a decent player or two - or maybe even three - from that tie! Ach well - just have to hope that no players get injured or suspended now, because they wouldn't - would they? Not at the Rovers! |

We have created plenty chances, just didn’t take many in games apart from the first game.
Cannot blame the board for players not taking chances.
I am not hitting the panic button.
We have a major problem with really good players out long term injuries and the board have to still pay their wages.
Gotta believe that is the major reason in the lack of signings.
RRFC has to spend only what it earns just like all of us.
My only problem with the club is the silence on Pop.
Sign him or tell him no, either way, not communicating with the fans creates unrest and a simple statement on the matter would be most welcome by the fan base,......imho.
If it’s a non starter......tell us.....if the club is in negotiations......tell us.
I fail to see or appreciate why that appears to be a problem.

Sorry, but neither of you two know any of the circumstances involved in the signing of players. Cut the manager some slack and stop the constant moaning. It's becoming very tedious both here and on the other channel. |

In all honesty, we were never getting anything from the game today. We all know we lack defenders and strikers and although it's probably cost us a place in the knockout rounds, i would rather IM took his time and got what he thinks are the right signings. It must be remembered that the previous manager wasted a lot of money on some very poor signings which IM has been lumbered with. It's going to be a very interesting week. |

If Poplatnik is not a target, why should the club be made to comment on the matter? _________________ Hope he's got plenty Rovers action to comment on tonight.... |

Ohh all of a sudden he is a target believe me - it is just a shame that it has taken this long and it had to come to this for Poplatnik to be approached. |

Wolfman.........kinda thought the problem is self evident from all the posts/rumours/ shortage of a goal scorer etc.
How hard is it to make a statement?
The club is nothing without fans and fans should be kept abreast of the goings on.
They are quick to ask for and take our money, a little bit of communication is not too much to ask.
What’s the point for example, of having a fans Rep on the board if we never hear anything when there is an obvious “ want” of knowledge /information . _________________ Born a Rover Live a Rover Die a Rover |

Mid table mediocrity might yet be a decent outcome but I really hope things will be better. Whatever it's to be, it's survival first and foremost in the Championship.
It's really a hard one to call currently, with this new management team. |
I see from the final group tables that we are indeed on course for mid table mediocrity.🥺
However, optimistic as ever, I just hope that we get some league points on the board early doors and get in a winning mentality groove.
Onwards and upwards.
It's the only way.🤞 _________________ Talk on! Talk on!

I'm going to guess it was because we wanted to wear our new away kit and it would have perhaps clashed with Aberdeen red? _________________ Fantalk~Often wrong but never in doubt |

I would guess because both have just released new away kits and wanted to advertise them? |
