JMcG in pre Cup interview saying that Brad is to get another scan.
Cross fingers and everything else that it's precautionary and not a suspected complication.
We have missed him badly and I thought that we were just counting down the days to his return as soon as, or just after, we are back on League duty.

I cant see that being a good thing. Suspect something may be causing him an issue.

Conversely, if he’s progressing well beyond expectations, the scan may be to verify that he’s cleared to resume…and perhaps verify the first scan interpretation was overly pessimistic?

Perhaps, but I took some heart from the bit where McGlynn said "if the scan shows up ok, he may be back quite soon" or words to that effect.

Might not be as bad as all that.

Let's just hope that isn't a way of alerting other clubs that he hasn't yet signed a deal.

I guess that depends when the interview took place. He probably hasn't signed yet given he's on holiday. I hope Brad does stay, he's a cut above the rest in the midfield.
