Even worse, David Munro tonight. On which planet is that 45th minute take-out of the Peterhead player not a penalty. Compounded by an arrogant dismissal of protests by Peterhead players. A total zoomer - how these guys get promoted so far beyond their competence amazes me |

I know this is going a bit off topic, but we keep hearing about the depth of refereeing talent all over Scotland, yet in the last decade not one national cup final has been referred by someone from outwith the Glasgow, Lanarkshire or Renfrewshire associations.
I think the last East coaster to be appointed to a Scottish Cup final was possibly John Rowbotham way back in 2005. _________________ Dougie Hill

We have Dougie Potter currently an assistant referee who has done a recent final and euro games. |

Does anyone know why Sean wears different socks to the rest of the team? Looks like he has his own sponsors displayed on the back |

They're rips in the socks, I have no idea why he does that though. |

I haven't noticed, however some players out of superstition wear their socks inside out. _________________ Hope he's got plenty Rovers action to comment on tonight.... |

Rips in the back of socks in the new craze, a number of footballers are doing it these days. Apparently it's something to do we putting less tension/stress on calf muscles.
A lot of nonsense in my opinion. |

I agree Spot on. I struggled to see, or understand what the other posters saw in this guy when they were saying he had a great game? I never saw this in any of his appearances.
However I have been told on many occasions, "What do I know about football. I support the Rovers".
A' weel.............. A' suppose. |

Didn't rate him. More interested in flicking his hair than the ball.
One good game, cup final, don't recall any others. |

Signed for falkirk today along with Gary Oliver and Stephen mcginn.
I wonder if any of these were possible signings for us had mcglynn remained in charge. |

Three solid if unspectacular signings.
Mackie might just come on to a game with regular football and an injury free run, need to wait and see… |
