Heading up to Station Park today to see if Forfar can turn round a one goal deficit against Annan.
Apart from Grant, there will be some more ex Rovers possibly on show, Steven Anderson also for Forfar and for Annan, Chris Johnston, can't say I recall much about him during his year with us during the debacle that started with Gary Locke, probably blanked that period from my memory _________________ http://www.helpforheroes.org.uk/ |

He'll be 36 this August, hardly in his prime. _________________ Competitive goals: Connolly 15, Gullan 7, Easton 7, Vaughan 7, Stanton 6, Akio 3, Brown 3, Dick 3, Connell 2, Goncalves 2, McBride 2 ,McGill 2,OG 2, Frederiksen 1, Lang 1, Nolan 1, |

Don’t see how that’s a fall. It’s a slow progression from Division 1 through a couple of levels. As Scotty says at 36 he is a senior player. _________________ Here Wee go again |

That’s about a three level drop in one go, just saying. |

Have you maybe considered the fact that it's a team local to where he lives and, at 36, he may either have friends involved in the club or some emotional attachment. _________________ Dougie Hill

That fine and possible, I just observed that because I would expect HL or LL would be his level right now. |

Of course, because you are an expert on non league Scottish Football.
Well run wee club, managed by another former rovers player too!
Anderson has barely started a game since leaving us 2nd time round, must be disheartening, all that back and forward travel to sit on the bench. Move certainly makes sense in that aspect.
Hopefully he can enjoy his last however many years of playing and his top class attitude and professionalism can rub off on his younger teammates…
Now I’m hoping Glenrothes can draw them at home in the cup next year so I can see Ando playing one last time, virtually on my doorstep! |

My, my, a bit judgmental because I pointed out the level he moved to was several level down from his team this season? I didn’t question if it was injury or something else, I just observed that WOSFL Conf B is a bit lower, sorry to have offended you. |

Wrong again as usual. I’ve no issue with you pointing out how many rungs down the ladder League Two is to Conference, now you mention though, it IS pretty pointless as most people on a Scottish football forum knows this already
Offended? Don’t be silly. Irritated by your waffle? Probably |
