But equally theres little to be gained by pinging opposite opinions back and fore.
Most people by now have had their view and made their point. But we all want the same thing. To be back talking about football with a team challenging for a play off spot.
Personally I think it's time to step back and wait and see what unfolds as the club starts to somehow put this sorry episode behind us and move forward. |
Well said. As fans, we all have to get behind the club now and ensure those in charge, whoever it ends up being, or even if there is no change, have the best interests of the club in kind at all times. That means both on and off the pitch as the Rovers brand needs to thrive in both to be successful |

I read that today and quite frankly i'm bored with it all now. It's turned into both a circus and a witch hunt. Everybody is just diving for cover and making sure they say the right thing to avoid any fingers being pointed in their direction.
What i find hilarious is their MSP/owner/season ticket holder who is not going back, yet he was there when DG played for the past few seasons. Also, the ladies team have left yet they played when he was a player too. Val McDermid is the driver with plenty of her pals, cut from the same cloth, as back seat passengers. It stinks. |

When did North Lanarkshire Council conveniently take over from North Lanarkshire Leisure?
February 1st?🤔
If it was before that, then why were they never heard from before then, whilst the player was on Clyde's books?
Or did the takeover suddenly happen last week?
The rights and wrongs of all this should be put on pause just for a moment while the convenience of the "bandwagon jumpers" is considered.
I keep returning to the point that what our club did in signing him was the height of irresponsibility given the response of fans to the pre- New Year "flyer" conveniently dropped into the media at that time.
However, that's in the past and the question now is how to resolve the mess we as a club find ourselves in. Unless the player decides to pack up football but with all the attendant costs still to be resolved we have someone on the books for two and a half years getting paid decent money to do nothing.
