Apparently this game is being played at San Starko 18-00 Saturday due to Kelty pitch being frozen _________________ THERES FIVE OF ME |

I hope Dougie Hill snaps Jamie Hammill in two, and leaves him writhing on the Stark's Park pitch with good reason this time. _________________ Dougie Hill

Well deserved fightback by Stranraer, a bit fortunate with the stoppage time penalty but that's football.
Local ref Lorraine Watson not phased despite some challenges to her authority. _________________ Hope he's got plenty Rovers action to comment on tonight.... |

Kelty Hearts don't seem to travel well at Christmas.
A long way to Annan to get horsed 5-1.
PS Maybe some Covid related stuff affecting things? _________________ Talk on! Talk on!

They were down to 10 men for the second half. |

If we include Cowdenbeath's home game with Edinburgh City (which was scheduled for today, but brought forward), is this the first time five Fife senior clubs have been pumped in the same round of fixtures? _________________ Dougie Hill

It would be churlish not to. So congratulations to Kelty on winning the League 2 title with five games to go.
Could yet be a cracking derby match next season along the Halbeath Road 🤭 _________________ Talk on! Talk on!

That, of course, Vinnie, is an entirely different discussion!🤫
Thus my use of "churlish" in my previous post 😉 _________________ Talk on! Talk on!

Remember many years ago when Kelty were still in the Kirkcaldy and District Amateur league going to Kelty and playing them. The supporters were like most of the mining communities in those days " Very Partisan " and refs normally bottled their decisions but hey they had a great set up even way back then. This was before Ballingry won the Scottish Amateur Cup. Happy memories of playing against Hill of Beath, Ballingry Rovers Burntisland Shippy, Aberdour had a very strong side at that time. Nice to go back and remember these days, also well done Kelty I still have the stud marks on my ankles. |

I have similar memories playing amateur football against Tayport back in the mid to late 1960's and long before they turned Junior and won the Scottish Junior Cup a couple of times.
Sometimes you had to change on the bus after the game if you had won a close contentious match!
Happy memories indeed, happy days, but not maybe at the time.😄 _________________ Talk on! Talk on!
