So many "bad" vibes coming out of news bulletins tonight. Basically asking why are crowds still allowed at large sport's events when bands are cancelling gigs, people being asked to only socialise if really necessary etc,etc.
We'll be lucky if there's any football after tomorrow's fixtures. Financial assistance or not being made available my opinion is that the game's a bogey for a month or more.☹️

And that will most likely happen when London & SE business gets a big hit and the hospitality trade and others shout loud for financial assistance such as furlough over and above the current ones like partial business rates relief etc. Watch this space.🤨

I don't want to drag this into politics but I have to add that the Auditor General is questioning SG why they haven't spent £2.7Bn in Covid relief provided by Westminster, the money is there already.

Despite claims NOT to bring politics into this ......... some do!!!
However you have to wonder where Wee Nic would find ANY money if she didn't have "Bungling Boris" to approach for hand outs (if she ever achieves her independence dream). At least she has someone she can blame.

I don't think it will ever go away in my lifetime AR, it will become the norm to get a couple of jabs every year to stave off the effects. Hopefully each mutation will get weaker and it becomes much like the flu.
Whilst being a glass half full type generally, it does worry me where this will end up, I have seen the effects upon mental health within my own family and whilst I appreciate there may be economic reasons for keeping certain businesses open but tough decisions have to be made for the physical and mental health of the country as a whole.
I think a winter break until January is an excellent solution for all sports events, but will the money men allow that to happen, I doubt it, sadly.

If its for the best so be it I suppose but the club losing out on two home festive gates will likely have an effect on any additions to the squad we can make in January.

St Mirren have only 10 fit outfield players for their up and coming game against Celtic but its believed they havent requested a postponement
