As far as I'm aware it was that nonentity Hancock who started using jab on TV when the lockdowns first started. It's a south of the Tweed thing. Scotland uses Jag as in sting or pricking of the skin. Thus jaggy nettles or thistles, e.g. the Jags (Partick variety) or Caley Jags. A jab in Scotland is a poke in the chest or shoulder usually with the index finger. _________________ Talk on! Talk on!

Given the recommendations that came out yesterday I assume the initiative of re-opening match hospitality again has bit the dust for another while. Another unfortunate income hit? _________________ Talk on! Talk on!

Depends if they follow the recommendations embow
Could rename the hospitality suite the “The Number 10 Suite” and bash on with it _________________ THERES FIVE OF ME |

Hmm! 🤔
The words "bash" and "No 10" are indeed synonymous.🙄 _________________ Talk on! Talk on!

Getting to look like there may yet be a problem again playing matches due to this current outbreak. Premier League cancelling a number of games. Others asking for a postponement of the Premier League this weekend.
Dundee United in a bit of a pickle in Scotland.
Summary
Leicester v Spurs postponed after outbreak in Foxes camp
Leicester to shut down first-team operations for two days
Brentford's Frank calls for Premier League to be suspended
Fears grow that Covid could derail Premier League season _________________ Talk on! Talk on!

As for Covid derailing the league, can they wait until we're top? Monday might do _________________ Competitive goals: Poplatnik 11, Zanatta 10, Connolly 10, Ross 7, Vaughan 4, Matthew 3, Spencer 3, Varian 3, Benedictus 2, Tait 2, Tumilty 2, Arnott 1, Dick 1, Gullan 1, Snow 1, Stanton 1, OG 1. |

Be nice to think we can get the money spinning Pars game played before any league suspension takes place. If could be a long winter without any income. _________________ Fantalk~Often wrong but never in doubt |

I'm more worried about just a shut down for a few weeks. Remember there will probably be no furlough this time to soften the financial blow to the clubs. Everyone will still need paid but the clubs will have little income. _________________ Fantalk~Often wrong but never in doubt |

You make a very serious and pertinent point Castle
What with inflation, rising costs of living, rising costs of fuel and energy, Crimbo time etc you do have to wonder how the club can get through if no furlough to help financial losses. _________________ Talk on! Talk on!

Arbroath notifying a player testing positive, could impact on tomorrows match against Morton. _________________ Hope he's got plenty Rovers action to comment on tonight.... |
