New director of football and a multi million pound takeover with a significant investment into the playing squad expected. We'll do well to compete with them this season.

At face value it looks like a big boost for them, but I wonder how much of the seven figure investment is going to be used to clear current liabilities?
Also, football is littered with people from outside 'investing' in provincial clubs - Danny Smith, Alan Kelly, Cammy Melville, the Italian guy at Livingston - the list goes on.

Takeover fallen through, what a shame, never mind.

Board and fans at loggerheads with each other after a meeting tonight.
Much gnashing of teeth on the Falkirk thread on the other channel.
Delicious the effect of not winning a league you thought you were entitled to just turn up for..😌
Twice over now 😊

I wish I could enjoy the meltdown occurring at FFC, but so much of the BoD ignoring the fans and the spiraling descent of the club is somewhat familiar that I can’t enjoy the mess. The fans do not deserve the fiasco that has occurred, regardless of the issues we’ve had with them, it hits too close to home.

There but for the grace of God. When covid-19 stopped the music it could have quite easily been us that found ourselves without a seat.

That guy ^ that came close to buying Falkirk apparently offered close to £200m for West Brom earlier this year! Glad Falkirk never got any of his cash!

They were very unlucky to be stuck down there when we came up, no question but it couldn’t have happened to a much worthier club in my book.

If they can stave off relegation this year then they can mibee have their ‘derby’ games again the following season!…

A Very Brave Falkirk Board of Directors sat through a 1hr 44min questions and answers evening a couple of nights ago and I have to say the club does seem in some disarray.

Not and easy evening for the Directors.
