A reply I received on the other channel to a query about the lad.
"bit raw but works hard and very direct. best off the left as an inverted winger".
Make of that what you will folks.🤔 _________________ Talk on! Talk on!

Is another diminutive striker what we need? Good luck to the lad but I would’ve thought a 6ft plus target man would have been the better option _________________ Val McDermid straddles my chest every Saturday |

We just don't play that style of football to suit a player like that this year I think. God forbid we get more shouts of "Get it up the park" because we have a big striker.
Fotheringham will no doubt challenge Zanatta for his place, hopefully keeps him on his toes and we get some quality performances from him.

Welcome to The Michty. Wonder if Gary Parker is mixing up Fotheringay with Fotheringham - great band from the 70s. Still play them from time to time. _________________ Here Wee go again |

Also a decent song written by Sandy Denny and recorded by Fairport Convention. _________________ Hope he's got plenty Rovers action to comment on tonight.... |

My phone may be. *beep* autocorrect went straight to Fotheringay instead of Fotheringham because why not? |

Memories aplenty here with Fotheringay, Sandy Denny and Fairport Convention.
Definitely a case of "Who Knows Where the Time Goes"😉
Very tenuous link incoming. Her paternal grandparents were from Dundee. We get Kai from Dundee United. Telt ye it was tenuous!
As for young Fotheringham, let's hope he has a very good season banging in a number of goals along the way. _________________ Talk on! Talk on!

Thought we'd signed Mary Queen of Scots for a sec. _________________ Competitive goals: Poplatnik 11, Zanatta 10, Connolly 10, Ross 7, Vaughan 4, Matthew 3, Spencer 3, Varian 3, Benedictus 2, Tait 2, Tumilty 2, Arnott 1, Dick 1, Gullan 1, Snow 1, Stanton 1, OG 1. |
