I'm not sure i like this deal if it's a delayed transfer. Presumably then it isn't absolutely set in stone and Fulham could still pull out if say Bowie was to be injured? And with that in mind could that fact now affect how the young lad performs between now and then? Also by the time this transfer does go through we could be selling our hottest prospect for a rather measly amount to an English Premiership Club. Or perhaps we have a clause that if Fulham gain promotion this year our fee is increased? Or maybe it is all signed and sealed in which case just disregard this post. _________________ Fantalk~Often wrong but never in doubt |

Well he wont be 18 until September so the paperwork has to go through UEFA as he will still be a minor in a cross border deal.
I am sure a formal (possibly written) and binding agreement is in place but as McGlynn said this type of transfer is an admin nightmare so I am guessing the deal wont officially be announced until the summer and all the paperwork has passed through the relevant parties. You can, of course, expect it to be delayed as the SFA/SPFL make a complete *bleep* of it from our side! _________________ http://www.helpforheroes.org.uk/ |

Nothing to say other than .....
Congratulations Kieron. So pleased you're getting this move.
Great to have watched you develop these past couple of years and wish you every success in the future at Fulham.
Looking forward to seeing you in a Scotland strip within the next 4-5 years!
Go show them Ziggy!
Now just help us win this league and go south with a winners medal to your name.
Reminds me of the time another 17 year old went down south whilst still at school, namely George Lyall.
'I know for I was there ' as Max Boyce was known to say in days gone by. _________________ Talk on! Talk on!

All the best to him and hope he goes onto have a successful career at the highest level. We can use the example of Bowie to persuade other promising youngsters to start off their senior careers at Raith. _________________ Fantalk~Often wrong but never in doubt |

Well done Keiran - but well done too to all of those involved, for what seems to be good business all round, for both the player and the clubs involved! |

Sounds like it is down to Ziggy to become a superstar and earn the club some nice pay days down the line.
I wonder if the negotiator plays football manager with all those clauses _________________ http://www.helpforheroes.org.uk/ |

Terrific news for Ziggy and The Rovers.
Big push now and make it a really memorable season.
His progress has been remarkable since that Montrose game last season. I have
to admit I was wrong in thinking he was been pushed too early as he's risen to the challenge,
and how!
But there's still a long way to go and many distractions to ignore- and he has to keep working
on his right foot and his heading if he's to go as far as we all hope.....but the opportunity is there.Ziggy |

Quoted on Courier Twitter feed as £150,000 transfer fee.
Given the sensitive nature of details as per interview with manager and official site article, I'm assuming that this is no more than a guess. _________________ Talk on! Talk on!

Finishes his first full professional season as the clubs top scorer (all comps) and with a championship medal.
Well done Ziggy. _________________ Competitive goals: Connolly 15, Gullan 7, Easton 7, Vaughan 7, Stanton 6, Akio 3, Brown 3, Dick 3, Connell 2, Goncalves 2, McBride 2 ,McGill 2,OG 2, Frederiksen 1, Lang 1, Nolan 1, |
