Wasn't the wee shop/Caffe right on the corner of Charlotte St the Trocadero or just the Troc'. Owned by the Bert Maciocia & family who later owned Uncle Tom's Cabin and when they sold that they opened the old post office buildings on Hunter St up as Kittty's and the parcel office as Pane & Vino. Another branch of the clan (cousins?) had/has Alma confectionary who famously made Skullcrusher sweeties at their factory on the shore behind Dodge City/B&Q (where Morrisons stands now).
