Signing of the season so far for me. Within 2 minutes of his appearance on Saturday he was organising the back line, gesturing where the defensive line had to be and communicating throughout. Give him the arm band and move on.

Spoke to one of the players after the game and they said the same, telling them where to "effing" be, much needed with our current backline and midfield, a definite first team fixture for me, who do we drop Bene or Davo or both??

Starting...looks to be in the middle...and was yelling at Bene to get back into position before 10 minutes was up. Magnificent signing, absolutely outstanding pickup.

Correction, seemed to be Davo in the middle, Ando on right and Bene on left. MacDonald as a forward left back and Miller as the same on the right. Hendry and Spenser in the middle with Vaughan sweeping between them and Anderson and Allen at the front.

Nice change of formation and an outstanding result. The team looked comfortable and Ando was clearly the leader in defense. Best addition in years.

Davidson played on the right side of a back 3 for the whole game, Anderson was in the middle and Bene on the left.

Funny, I thought it looked that way, but the RaithTV commentary had Davo in the middle...it didn’t look that way, but they were there, so I trusted their call. Thanks, Biggles.

Steven Anderson was the middle man of the back three.

Anyone else notice that St Johnstone are bottom of the Premiership?

One of their central defenders,Liam Gordon, is out for a while yet ,it is reported, and the current defenders are not inspiring confidence.

So the question is, does anyone know if there is a recall clause in Sando's ''season long'' loan deal? (If there is, it might cause Tommy a slight loss of face to recall him, but what's that compared to getting a few results?) Just wondering....
