It was nothing to do with the pub, it happened across the road but they had to close the pub as the road was shut to pedestrians & traffic:

Wasn't implying it was to do with bar. Report states incident was close to the Novar.
I was aghast that a gun was used on a main thoroughfare in Kirkcaldy or indeed any thoroughfare in the town.
