HI there ev1
Hope you don't mind me putting this up here but i thought i would give it a try anyway. Not sure if u all know yet but i am a wife of a Black Watch soldier and also a big Raith supporter aswell. This week we have a company of guys going out to Afghanistan at the weekend to the horrendous Helmand Province for 7 months, and then in 2 weeks time the remainder of the Regiment are going to to be based in Kandahar for about 7 months aswell.
Well the reason for this post is that i am going to be at the Alloa game on the 11th April in the club shop selling wristbands in support of our troops out there. The following link will give you more information, they are £2 each and the funds raised will go to the Army Benevolent Fund and the Erskine Hospital Appeal, in which both charities look after veterans and serving soldiers alike.

wendy you have also forgot to post that the blackwatch are taking on the townies on sun 22nd march at least end pk 1.30pm ko

Can i just say a big thank you to all those who bought the wristbands on saturday and an even bigger thank you to Quinny and the Fifes Finest lads for buying up the remainder of the bands i had left at the second half
